We’re a small but talented team. Damian Clarkson has been in event catering for more than two decades working for major names including The Admirable Crichton, Rhubarb and Mosimanns.
Damian soaks up detail and has delivered some groundbreaking and noted events including delivery of London Fashion Week and BMWs Rolls Royce UK Centenary celebrations..
We have Emma and her Team in the kitchen, with huge experience at menu development and design. Current menus are just what we are enjoying right now – most menus are bespoke for each client.
Damian is only half joking when he calls himself the world’s oldest waiter. He isn’t joking when may tell you he invented the word manape – and trademarked it!
Tom is a passionate and creative individual with over 20 years experience in hospitality and events. An award-winning publican at the age of twenty, Tom has since worked and run event catering companies as well as high street deli operations.
Tom’s industry experience is underpinned with a BA(Hons) in Events Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MA in Food, Wine and Culture studied between Oxford Brookes University and the Dijon Business School.
Tom enjoys nothing more than creating imaginative, visual food and spending time with his wife and young family.
